Reference list of every category and subcategory, with the IDs products attach to
Read only
The catalog is fixed in code so the storefront can render it without an API call.
To change it, edit backend/catalog.js and src/data/categories.js
(keep the IDs identical), then run npm run seed in the backend folder.
Adding rows here would create subcategories the website never shows.
